Flexible Start/Finish Times
We offer flexible start times to employees.
Short Working Week
Our direct, shop floor staff work 4 days per week (Mon-Thurs) leaving plenty of time for family, friends and overall, a good quality of work and living balance. Office staff finish at 1:00pm on Fridays!
Overtime and Flexitime
Overtime is offered where required for direct staff (paid at time x1.5) and non-direct staff can benefit from 8 hours per month (1 day) as banked flexitime.
Length of Service Awards
We like to celebrate milestones of service; we present our staff with customised awards at key milestones.
