Work/Life balance is important to all of us. ABL offer 190 hours annual leave alongside bank/public holidays (pro rata for part time employees). This increases by up to an additional 3 days with our length of service accrual scheme.
Flexible Start/Finish Times
Short Working Week
Our direct, shop floor staff work 4 days per week (Mon-Thurs) leaving plenty of time for family, friends and overall, a good quality of work and living balance. Office staff work 5 days a week, but benefit from a significantly early finish on a Friday!
